I Appear Missing might be my new favorite song by them. I didn't know if anything was eve going to oust Better Living Through Chemistry, but it is close.

I was kind of put off by most of it at first but I've been letting it play in the background lately and it clicked. Still don't really care for vampyre or i appear missing.

I knew I would get some hate for that but it just didn't grab me. It will probably grow on me. It was this way with era, granted it doesn't touch this.

Definitely a first, most people adore that song.

But I actually went thorough a similar process with this album. Didn't completely hit me at first, after a while it became my favourite record of theirs.

That's probably my other favorite after Missing and the title track. I actually like most of the slower songs more than the upbeat ones here.

I have actually been getting pretty fond of the first track lately. That's main riff is almost sinister sounding.

Fairweather friends is fantastic, love the big group vocals with Elton John up in that bitch.

I can appreciate 'I appear missing' more now that I'm not focusing on it. Passively I can get on board with the pace. I still disagree with it being one of "thier best" though. The title track is still beating it out for play preference.

Ill give it a 4, a couple really stand out tracks. Idk why kinda get a pink floyd vibe in some of these songs, but a harder version of them. Very atmospheric definately some vintage queens sounding songs too.
