If you say so. I've heard the album enough times to say it's definitely one of Zappa's worst.

Me, WOIIftM is a 5.0 and Zappa's 2nd best overall in my opinion. I also prefer Freak Out!

As far as I am concerned, the best zappa/mothers album, the zappa experience to perfection, you get it all, great instrumentals (ritual dance), comedy (call any veggie, etc.) the band is just so damn tight. This blows the best comp. to it (Joes Garage) out of the water

We're only in it has some great stuff, but I prefer this, probably because it is the first album I "got", from him, We're only in it came after, side 1 is hilarious though, making fun of his friends, and they loved it, Garcia absolutely loved Zappa

We're Only In It is my favorite Zappa album overall, so I can't agree, but it's still a wonderful album.

You should check my Zappa ranking list Wham, I bet you'd have a lot to say lol http://www.sputnikmusic.com/list.php?memberid=1034848&listid=157369

That one's good, but it doesn't have as great standouts. It might be more consistent and comprhensive with the single theme of mocking hippy culture, but the spoken word/sound collages keep me from being fully engrossed.

Love that one, but I don't know, We're Only In It and even Freak Out just top it for me when it comes to the early Mothers work...

We're Only In It is honestly my favorite Zappa work on the whole...

I have a handful of gripes with Absolutely Free, but I do like the majority of it.

While the entirety of "Invocation & Ritual Dance of the Young Pumpkin" is brilliant, the Prune suite as whole overstays it welcome in my opinion/gets boring.

Also Status Back Baby and Uncle Bernie's Farm are meh.

The rest is brilliant though yeah
