I would be obliged to agree. As much as i love songs for the deaf and rated r, those albums still had a little filler. there's not a dull moment on like clockwork, but thats just my opinion.

It's a well rounded record, it's grander in scale, touches on many aspects of their career but also elevates their music above the pigeon hole of stoner rock. I find it refreshing to see how far they've come as a band and their evolution.

this is their Zep IV.
gonna be looked upon as an absolute classic down the track, generally regarded as their masterpiece and instrumental for rock music of this generation.

Last two songs totally altered my view on Josh Homme as a frontman. Before these two songs I've always thought that QOTSA would be better if they just had a better vocalist, but then it finally clicked.
