The hell is it with bands putting V instead of U in their names now.
Album Rating: 4.0
its a sputnik thing
it mainly surrounds the meaning behind the purpose and the lyrics which the songs are built off of
we are constantly being told what is true but when looked into we find that those supposed truths are lies
so I wanted the 'v' to symbolize actual truth, which I know is always subjectional anyways but this truth is conveyed through my own eyes and what I believe. Further, the 'v' is meant to be actual truth rather than fictitional truth. using a 'u' would be too cliche imo.

"To some, the thought of, let’s say, blending King Crimson with Dissection in a single record may sound, well, disgusting."
does this album fuse as many genres as that sentence has commas????
wasn't sure if that was a serious question or not but here's the answer:
The first 4 tracks are a blend of progressive black/death metal, post-rock, classical, and folk[sorry for all the commas;]
And the last 3 tracks are a blend of progressive rock, blackened rock, and final song jumps back to some metal at the very end.
