Fast in my car, one of those crazy girls, and still into you are my three favorites from this

I think this is Paramore's worst but it's still decent, like a 3.0

At least a 3. Album gets more hate than it deserves.

I forgot what I rated this album. But this album is actually really good. And I think I'm one of the few people who actually likes Future. Whatevah. And they are awesome live.

The complaints about this being too 'pop' are ridiculous, their music has always been extremely commercialised and pop-oriented, just this time they ditch the pretense of being part of any 'scene' and focus on making damn good tunes that can sound however they want, which matters so much more than authenticity or being a 'real rock band'

Hmm, paramore has always been considered to be somewhat above the 'scene' that many considered them to be a part of. And while any band is grateful for their fans, you act as though went out of their way to be a part of that scene, which is likely not the case. During that time many bands comprised of adolescents or young adults playing a rather loosely similar types of music were so quickly lumped together without any real consideration.

And perhaps, this may be a possibility but, maybe a lot of the bands' old fans appreciate their old sound and their 'pretense' and are sad to see it gone.

Sorry, that wasn't meant to imply that the band were bangwagon-jumpers, it just feels like now they feel confident and determined to shed the musical trappings of the emo-pop that made them big. It all still sounds like Paramore too me, just expanded, inspired and the strengths that were present in their old stuff (I do like some of it) have become great.

There's plenty of good reasons to be dissapointed with this album from whatever perspective, but a lot of complaints seem to be the old 'sell-out', 'gone mainstream', 'pop crap' which are kind of bewildering.

i would pick literally any song off of the 20/20 experience over that song, it just sounds like really lazy t-swift

i've never enjoyed a taylor swift song nearly as much, but for the record mirrors is probably up in my top 5 pop singles of 2013 as well

I find this a bit like Taylor's 'Red' album actually, in terms of the huge leap in quality
