To me, Howard is the better screamer, but Jesse is the better singer. I prefer Jesse because he has some good screaming too.

I dont think so, Howard is classically trained. Not saying it makes him better but I think his control and power is more present.

Jesse puts more raw emotion into his vocals, both clean and harsh. Technically, Howard is better, but my preference leans heavily toward Jesse.
