set the stage for a lot Meir where that came from.
Considered negging right there.
Just a few things:
- In the summary it should be "elements of its predecessor" (no apostrophe)
- Second paragraph, "I am far from disappointed."
- Second to last paragraph, "stand tall on its own." (no apostrophe again)
Good review, I look forward to hearing this!

Not really into Classic Rock beyond a handful of specific artists and definitely not into this band.

you did a solid job of describing the "pros" of this album, but your review lacks depth in the "cons" side.
not sure if my impressions of the album could fill up a whole new review...

Album Rating: 3.5
It's true! It was hard to word when it got to the cons, but I really said all I had to say at the time. My forthcoming reviews will be more comprehensive as I will have had more time with the records. I definitely was aware of that though, I just figured... 3.5.

When I first listened to this my first thought of a con was that its a solid album but no track stands out but I was so so so so
wrong about that

baizley has some great art but i'm seriously tired of his stuff these days. it's extremely homogeneous
