The only song on here that you mentioned in the review was "Too Late, All Gone" which is the best song on here, so I approve.

Ice Age melts my soul with those vocals and rising distortion.

Fantastic album that'd be better if it wasn't so top-heavy and could stick to a tone.

I enjoy this more than any of Reznor's post-Fragile output, honestly.

Year Zero has a ton of good songs, but a lot of cheesy, awful ones as well. Capital G, Survivalism and others.

Nah, Ars. I like that album overall, don't get me wrong, but I'm not as big into as the general Sputnik user seems to be. I'd even take With Teeth over it.

I really like With Teeth too honestly, and Year Zero's my favorite NIN album haha but fair enough I guess.

With Teeth is generally underrated. It feels more consistent with the NiN cannon than any album he's released since.

I like that he's diversified though, a big reason why I love Year Zero so much. Well pulled off diversity in my opinion.

I really preferred the previous two How to Destroy Angels releases to the full-length

Had already spent a lot of time with An Omen before this came out and almost a third of the tracks on Welcome Oblivion are on there, so that didn't really help I don't think

Really I wonder why this isn't considered a NIN album.

The music is pure NIN (scales used, sounds, structures, atmospherique outros), the lyrics are pure NIN (the more we change the more with stay the same), Trent sings and does backvocals etc... It's a NIN album with a guest vocalist who doesn't even alter the music that much, it really didn't need another name.

I mean, usually when an artist build a side project it is because he is tired of what he does in his main band and he wants to experiment or relax and do exactly what he wants without pressure. How to destroy angels is the contrary of that, it's exactly a NIN album with Trent's girlfriend added to the mix.

Now, I'm saying this as if it was wrong. Well, it isn't. It's not even remotely important.

I definitely lost track of what all they've scored a long time ago and gave up trying to keep up with it all

the music for The Social Network, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and Gone Girl all good shit though
