yeah i should probably talk about that more, thanks for the tip -- the production is fantastic and
totally forward thinking even though i wouldn't exactly call it my style. i actually really like kool
keith's rapping though, at least on this album.

Good review, even though I actually don't like this album much. I hear everything you talk about, it just never "clicked" with me for whatever reason. I had a friend that was obsessed over it for about a year, so I've spent plenty of time with it. I'm sure the issue is with me, not the record. I sure hope Cannibal Ox's "The Cold Vein" is somewhere in that list. I'd like to see a review for that done now instead of the older ones.

as much as i fvcking love this this album. it just feels too long at times. 3000, earth people and blue flowers are soo good that some of the other tracks just pale in comparison and it leaves a feeling of inconsistency for me
