@sobhi:

Nah man. It seems to me somebody is trying to plagiarize my insanely original name, but what the hell it actually may be my Canadian counterpart. I didn't know I had one.

I need to listen to it more to possibly do so. I've only given it 3 spins so far. As regards the genre, it seems to be a psych rock record with progressive and noise rock leanings.

It makes sense. It reminds me of Sleepy Sun's Fever plus the noise rock.

"there is still a fine line between that and noise rock"

^ Lots of noise rock and post-punk on this one tbh. Plenty of throbbing bass lines and buzz saw guitar tones. Plus, this characteristic angularity in riffs and the overall atmosphere of many tunes. I'd say psych and noise rock are prevailing genres on this one.

Some people think they know it all. I envy you guys.

Btw, these guys totally acknowledge noise rock/post punk influence in interviews.

Nah. I read an interview with them just a moment ago actually. Once again you're wrong and I don't like your attitude. I'm not gonna talk to you on the site again... so don't bitch about that. Peace out.
