weights, I have a PT test at the end of March so I'ma start the cardio prolly mid february. but yeah I only did it cuz you mentioned you were gonna do it cap and I thought eh why not?

legit calc! weights are the perfect way to get your whole body shape the way you want. cardio really doesn't do too much

weights with balanced meals[i count calories when i want to hit a specific goal] are the best way to completely reform your body

i've been educated on health and fitness for a pretty long time and my mom was a personal trainer for decades so if you have any questions def let me know bro

uh dude come on, cardio is just as important as lifting weights, the key is lifting weights, good diet, AND cardio to get the most benefits

cardio only burns calories during your workout and doesn't have the afterburn effect which is burning more calories over a 24-48 hr period. weights not only burns calories during the work out but long after

why do you think a lot of people who just do cardio don't get the results they want, because they're not creating muscle density which increases metabolism

with weights you create more muscle which burns more calories and mantaining muscle has proven greater results for most people over a longer period of time as well

some of the leanest people with great physics rarely do any cardio

now i didn't say cardio is bad, it just isn't that effective for the purpose of gaining a great physic, weights are far more important, as long as your are which I recommend counting your calories

doing both won't hurt but I recommend my clients to limiting their cardio to maybe no more than twice a weak and doing low intensity cardio

this is my knowledge of info i've been researching and applying for more than 20 years

If i run to the gym which is like 2-3 miles away then I'll be golden lol, if it wasn't 3 degrees here all the time i'd try it.

Yea if you're trying to bulk then cardio isnt the best thing. Its mainly just good for heart health. I'll do jump rope or sprints a few times a week on the side cuz they're high intensity and short.

and again you can do weights and count calories and actually hit your goals faster than if you did all three

some of my closest friends are in fantastic shape and they only do cardio for the feel good effect which is why i do it too but not for keeping your body fat % down. I use weights and calorie counting for that

look it up its a known fact

in fact look up six pack shortcuts on youtube, this guy has a whole entire channel on it, you should check it out. and keep in mind that doing weights is almost like cardio as well, you can in fact burn more calories with high intensity weights and circuiting weights too
