Ok, I have finally decided on a rating. I'm giving it a solid 4.5. Actually, I wish I could give it like a 4.7 or something. I feel it's better than most albums I've rated a 4.5, but it's not quite a classic or anything.

This album is the best example I can think of where a guitarist comes in having to fill such a big pair of boots, and perfectly hits the mark. The tone rules, the playing is unique, while still keeping the band's style at the forefront, and homaging Piggy's work without ripping it off.
