But that's wrong, just because it wasn't to your personal taste doesn't mean it's a 3.5 objectively, and just because I am in love with this album doesn't mean it's objectively a 5. If he thinks it's a 4.5, he can. I'd hope he can back it up with empirical observation, but regardless you're wrong if you think your opinion is 'right.'

i like punk rock and thought this album was 'great' hence the 3.5

a lot of my ratings are really outdated from when i was in high school and only 17 or 18 years old.



refused were important in my musical development, when i was 13 or 14, i discovered shape of punk to come, and then songs to fan the flames of discontent. shape grates on me now at times, but still has some cool tracks. i think songs is one of the best punk albums ever, up there with out of step, void/the faith, and sexless//no sex.
