Been listening to AtRU a lot lately, gonna give this a listen. Does it have those jaw-dropping bits like the clean part in Interview At The Ruins or those amazing vocals like on "ALL I EVER ASKED WAS FOR A CLEAN BREAK"

the metal influences and more conventional song structures are a weak point in this; but they still bust out incredible riffs on a regular basis. also the lyrics are much more structured where on atru they were nearly free-form
