I liked their other two albums, and this isn't as technical either, but based solely off of "Water," I think I prefer this album by far. The song flows magnificently, which wasn't anywhere near as noticable on UP.

I don't know why, the vibe to this album has just always been my favorite.

And take it out and rip it or something, Unquestionable is a kick ass album too.

Jupiter surpasses Elements but I don't think this deserves the hate that it gets.

Jupiter definitely deviated from what Unquestionable Presence and Elements were, but it was more polished than Piece of Time (muscially, not just production.) Plus at the time I posted that comment I was liking Jupiter so much that everything else seemed like crap. I still like Jupiter better, but Elements is always amazing.

this Is my favorite atheist, i dont give a fuck what anyone else says. everything about this album rubs me the right way, it knows all my sweet spots, hell it knows about spots i didnt even know about. It might be because its the result of my favorite things; jf and dm, with a sexy latin touch. Nothing else ive heard even comes close to this in terms of feel and vibe. How can you deny the jazzy sex!? i sure as hell cant. I feel like they were in a whole other world when they created this.

Haha I was just trying to emphasize how strongly I feel about this album. I know it gets a lot of hate and is frequently called their weakest work.

The album that introduced me to atheist. 'Elements' certainly lives up to its name, and noticeably their are more melodic passage to be found here, on 'Samba Briza' and 'See you again'. Every song here is deserving of a place on 'Elements'. Brilliant.
