A well written review. I would however have to disgree with what was said about Billie J, this man is probably one the greatest front men to date, his antics on stage get the crowd fired up and add to the quality of there live performances, granted their music isn't what it used to be but there still rattling out the occasional typical Green Day riffs. i've been to see them live quite a few times now starting back at there dookie tour up until the most recent American Idiot. Bullet shows a great band doing an even better perfromance, def one for a true Green Day fan.This Message Edited On 02.20.06

Billie J antics were good at the concert when I was there, but on the DVD they do wear thin.

im not here to point fingers, but i think it was secioty that did this to GD. you wonder why they came from rebelious, carefree, minor-like tarts (tarts in a good way :P ..) to rebelious, political dragouts...



there were ppl sayin "oh, their just loud kids yelling about how they hate the 'moral majorety' (hehe) when will they grow up." well they have just simpley grown up a bit, thats all. im sure you dont think the same way as you did when you were 15 or so.



and yes, props to Trey for singing... he did write rock 'n roll girlfriend, why shouldnt he sing it, lol

Haven't heard this and don't really plan on it, but the review was spectacular. I like American idiot but I agree that the album is going to their heads somewhat.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who is getting weary of itastelikeink's unbacked, irritating, and pointlessly negative comments.

Wow punky, you need to chill a bit. Many many people think that Green day are crap, and just because you think they're amazing, doesn't make all the other people wrong. Not everybody knows the members of Green Day's names. To a lot of people, punk is dead, and it's generally known that Green Day isn't a punk band.

Not everybody knows the members of Green Day's names.
