nah it's an interesting mix of influences, with a couple of missteps but still very solid
Digging: Suffocate For Fuck Sake - Blazing Fires and Helicopters on the Fro
I think Alaska is my favorite from these guys... it's inconsistent as fuck but... I don't really care :P It's fun and I don't get the vibe that they are just showing off as much as I do listening to The Great Misdirect
is this worth picking up? I've never listened to BTBAM and this is the only album they sell in my town
Digging: Aphex Twin - Syro
lol my ratings... I'm still catching up on rating things that, well aren't metal
@Arcade listen to Alaska first, it seems to be the most popular/"definitive" (I use that word loosely) btbam sound. If you dig it try this album... from what I gather they've tried to tighten things up on here.
arcade dude check colors first then the silent circus
Digging: Death From Above 1979 - The Physical World
Album Rating: 4.0
This is their best album by far imo
Actually TGM might be close but Swim to the Moon is pretty lame really
I've been meaning to give colors and alaska a listen but like I said this album seems like the only one available to me currently
dost thou have spotify
this is their 2nd worst imo
spotify is the best agreed fish from spongebob
I have like no good internet at my house i interact with this site through random wifi points whenever I'm out and about
ah that sucks dude
third eye blind dig ftw. I feel sometimes that mainstream music just isn't fun anymore like it used to be
not implying that 90's mainstream music wasn't largely unforgivably terrible, but still.
i actually agree for the most part. i mainly listen to 90s stuff. dude i just saw them live the other day. fucking crazy show. see them if you ever can.

@Arcade if you want a pretty solid prog-metal record definitely go for it. The only thing is is that the album is fairly long and not a whole lot of the tracks are good to listen to outside of the album experience. I think there are only three or four that I jam regularly.
I really like a lot of 90's music. Pop punk and 90's alternative is like a bizarre guilty pleasure for me. In a world of Imagine Dragons and Lana Del Rey, I really don't mind when Blink 182 comes on the radio for some obscure reason lol
90s alternative is prob my favorite genre by a fair bit
90s alternative is prob my favorite genre
dunno why it gets hate around here like hot damn
lol bc people on here are too gangster for 90s alternative i guess
