That was probably one of the better songs I've ever heard by them, but I still can't dig it. Their vocalist turns me off and their use of Celtic instruments comes off more as a gimmick than anything. I liked the more folk-like feel of this track better though. All of the instruments were used more effectively, and while the vocals were still horrible, the lyrics were nice. The youtube video I watched also had lots of really cute comments, according to the people commenting. I didn't bother reading them.

"you heard this before"
I have back in the days. It's been a really long time. I'm not sure what I would think of it if I listened to it. But from memory, I remember it being "uppity" and melodic. Based on that I'm not really into the "uppity" style of music right now but you never know but I've never really had a desire to check them out from the time I originally heard it.

Fair enough man thanks for trying.
Like I said the singer is definitely an acquired taste but I feel his voice suits this music well.

@Captain, yeah I hear ya there's lots of music out there.
@truek, cool avatar ha.

Definitely, but much like beer, it's not a taste I wish to acquire. I have the same problem with Dropkick Murphys too, although I think their vocalist is slightly better because of his more rough delivery.
