i agree with Lil B > Joey Badass. At least Lil B has a point beyond taking old styles and beats and rapping gibberish lyrics

Must be trolling to 1 this. The fact this kid is like 17 or 18 is pretty crazy

At least Lil B knows he sucks and makes a joke out of it. this album is the same old shit, with the
same flow, over candy ass beats that he obviously didn't do himself... ugh 'better give it a 4! Kool
beats dewd!'
this is all either borderline-gibberish or simple run of the mill ideas said in needlessly-complex
ways with a sloppy vocabulary (big surprise the kid is like 17?).

Why would it matter if he handled the production himself? That's a retarded thing to say. Plus the beats are really good for the most part

he took beats he already knows everyone liked, thats different than having someone else produce your album from scratch. everyone recycles on mixtapes but no im not giving this a 4 for recycling old beats and repeating the same banal crap thats been said millions of times only in a dumber way that rhymes more often

not trying to sound so harsh, this is cool for his age but like I said... it has more ratings than ALL KRS COMBINED. The word absurd doesn't really say it
|
| |
some of his beats are recycled, yes, but definitely not all of them. in fact a lot of them are produced by chuck strangers, a member of pro era
and it's a little weird that a fan of classic hip-hop criticizes his lyrical approach and just him in general. he's trying to recreate the golden era sound using a more modern approach

This is a homage to the old skool boom bap days of the 90's, so the beats were a stylistic choice. I see where you're coming from, but I think there's a LOT of promise shown on this mixtape. Some of his wordplay really takes me back to illmatic (though he's clearly not at the level Nas was on that LP).
