Listen to Warning again and you wouldn't be able to say this sounds exactly the same. Uno sounds similar to Warning in many ways, but Warning is much slower paced and seems to have more emotion. Uno sounds like what Green Day would have/should have released in maybe 2003, thus being a precursor to American Idiot.
I am listening to Warning right now in fact, and it is very pleasing as it always has been.
