They get worse with each release but Earthwalker is definitely a must check

That’s a damn shame. Gonna have to spin Earthwalker at least soon for sure

Earthwalker isn't even that much of a drop in quality tho tbh, and it's pretty common for people to like it the most so you never know. Skywalker and Ark are solid 3.5s, so it's not like they dropped significantly, at least imo

Just realized these guys are playing Warped so gonna have to catch them tomorrow for sure

They're wild live, saw them a few years back and they crushed it. Honestly one of the best performances I've heard, and the crowd was wild so it was so much fun

Just jammed this and I'm not blown away. It's pretty good, but it's kinda weird when the guest vocals are the best parts of the album.

Bro this album slaps so hard, one of my favorites. Only song holding this back from a 5 for me is Inertia

Album Rating: 4.0
Damn Inertia is close to my favorite on here
Edit: had to drop my rating, dont dig this nearly as much as I did. These guys did fucking kill it live though

I'll spin it a couple more times to be sure, but it wasn't super memorable the first couple times. The harsh vocals are like Chad Ruhlig-lite and the cleans weren't my favorite. I liked all the guest spots though, except for Garrett.
Shapeless and Winterfell were probably my favorites so far.

Shapeless is my favorite too, and Release is a close second. I don't really see the Chad comparison, but I get the issues with the cleans because they are very hit and miss with people. Check Earthwalker, you might like it more

I'll definitely check it my dude.

Shapeless goated, fuckin love this album. The way they balanced the meaty chugs and low end riffs with the leads on this really made for a fun time. Shame they could never live up to this, because even tho Earthwalker, Skydancer, and Ark are all good, none of them are anywhere near as good as this. Production on this is smooth and crisp too, plus Jake's vocals were at their best here

yea this destroys. gonna have to [2] that production especially shit perfectly brings out both the beefiness of the riffing and prettiness of the leads wonderfully. im only embarking on my 3rd jam now but im gonna be spending a lot of time w it

I've actually been spinning this a lot again recently lmao so perfect timing. Only song I'm not really into is Inertia which sucks because I love Garret Rapp, but it just kills all momentum lol
Always thought it was super rad how they fit the guest vocalists into songs that sounded like it could come from their bands. That Adrian feature sounds like a Northlane passage, the Chad feature sounds like For the Fallen Dreams, and the Winston feature is very Parkway Drive

i like inertia but its the clear dip, partially bc its reallly out of place on this thing. spot on about the other vocal appearances tho they fit like a glove bc of how convincingly they can sound like bands the guests come from
