In a word: Balance.
The balance of moving forward, but doing so without forsaking what made their debut so great... The balance of electronica with live instruments... I could probably list a few more factors where they got the balance close to just right. Like we have already both agreed, I think that is vital on a 2nd album.

@steoandnoodles do you like any pop/dance/bouncy music? you said in the other thread you like to listen to music in a certain, composed kind of way, and you don't enjoy listening to music in a loud/fun environment. that's why i see two door cinema club as kind of a lost cause for you, no offence. you're looking to get into something that doesn't suit your listening preferences.
