I don't think so. After reading the story again, sounds like he did accidentally rape her. I mean they were sleeping in the same bed, she could have tried to push him off nicely but after he finished she could have gotten angry and felt ashamed and taken advantage of and she didn't wanna go to the police, she just wanted him to atleast admit it, and over time the emotions got worse. I guess she wanted to put it out to the fans so he would have to admit it to her not realizing that she was gonna destroy the band and their reputation either way just by bringing em into it. In that case I feel very bad for Jon, but he could have atleast admitted he took advantage of her instead of trying to deny it. I really doubt she'd just make everything up, in that case that type of person needs psychological help. Faking rape is a pretty fucked up thing to do.
