I was kinda bummed by how over-produced Biloxi Parish was. I was really looking forward to a studio version of it. Didn't turn out very well. Too many layered vocals and other bullshit. Pretty good album though. No 59 sound.

and ya, the national anthem has grew on me a little. i mean brian's vocal melodies on that are great, but the instrumentation does nothing for me.

yesterday and when it was over I put on sink or swim and it just hit me how much more energy there was
