Well, Symbolic has better songwriting while TSoP has better riffs and more technicality and progressive-ness. So, depending on my mood, my favourite between the two will fluctuate as my ears see fit.
ITP is a great album as well, but I feel it's eclipsed by the other two, more superior of Death's works.

i bought this album on ebay and municipal waste's hazardous mutation and a bunch more
symbolic is fantastic, one of the greatest albums ever recorded
