Linkin Park is okay. I like a few songs (JUST BEFORE YOU HIT THE FLOOR). Hybrid Theory was pretty good. Sadly I sold the CD for it. One Step Closer is good. I only liked Hit The Floor on Meteora, it was a dissapointing album. Minutes To Midnight sucked. Blackout & When They Come For Me were two really good songs on ATS, while the rest were mediocre. Waiting For The End is catchy but boring, but I like it. But Living Things when awful! When I first heard Burn It Down, I knew they sold out.
1/10, bad.

Half the songs on this album are ridiculously generic, the other half are experiments which almost all fail. Even the experiments sound fairly generic, apart from maybe one or two tracks. Worst album they've done- normally at least their generic songs sound better.

Though the album's pretty average, LP always manages to pull out a few sweeet tracks, (Victimised)

I actually listened to this album again after a couple of months. My thoughts on it have been taken down about ten pegs. I initially thought it was ok and listenable but now I realize it was a waste of time to begin with.

How the hell do people like this more than 1000 suns? After 3 full listens this album has ALREADY grown
off me and is extremely annoying to listen to for 1 minute.

I actually agree with that (besides meteora which would be third for me). I hate to say it, but Minutes to Midnight is better than this album. Sad

Linkin Park is my favorite band and I'm happy that they strayed away from the experimental rock in "A Thousand Suns." I wasn't too keen on that. I like that they brought in more rapping and screaming. I like the "What I've Done" similar sounding songs on this album. They did a great job on this album for the most part. The only thing I didn't like on this album were the two "A Thousand Suns" similar sounding songs, "Until It Breaks" and "Skin to Bone." They felt more like experimental rock tracks to me. I just like straight up hard, in your face rock/metal. That's why i wish "Victimized" was a much longer song.

I guess this album was better than the last...which isnt really saying much. Hybrid Theory was excellent, Meteora was pretty good. Everything after that has pretty much sucked.

I attempt to relisten, liking the album, then "I'll Be Gone" comes on and completely ruins the experience. Way to put an in album killer, Linkin Park.
