Awesome album, although i do prefer 'Mechanize'. 'Religion is flawed because man is flawed' offers a nice melancholic break from all the heaviness and industrial aggression, but other stunning tracks such as the title track and 'New messiah' keep this from being soft. An excellent album that I won't stop listening to for a while.

Bumping this, one of my favorite fear factory albums - glad they brought back the more industrial sound with musicianship that's as solid as it used to be- only complaint is an awfully drawn out ending, man that had potential to be great an epic

Album sucks. Vocals are bland. I cannot listen to a chorus of this. Ruy Fulber is very welcome but the rest is booooooooriiiiiiiiing. It is all the more sad as they really seem to have tried.
And eight songs, Mechanize felt short, that one does not even feel like a complete album.

Mechanize from 2010 was pretty good so there was no reason to assume this wouldn't be as well. Sorry to hear it is lacking.
