If you're talking content quality, pop lyrics are seldom supposed to be of necessarily premium quality. They're designed to be catchy and fun, underlying meanings, which Kyary frequently does have in her songs, are optional.
As far as composition goes, if you can't see why this is a cut above the rest, and not just a drone punching a shitty beat/track with some cheap frills, you aren't listening hard enough.
She's the greatest addition to pure pop music in years, imo.

I found this, might be the only way to jam Kyary all day now that I work at a head shop that only wants me to jam downtempo/house/electronic, etc.
