You mean the one on Jay Leno tonight? It wasn't too bad, but she definitely needs improvement.

Ugh, Amazon needs to hurry up and ship my order of this.

I'm talking about the SNL one, I'm assuming the Jay Leno one isn't much better given how utterly terrible the SNL one was.

Where I do like Blue Jeans, and not so much Video Games, she has a nice voice, but when she sings it sounds kind of whiney, and really takes away from the lyrics :S I also think she has a speech impediment? But yeah, she's okay, I'd never see her live, and it's something to fall asleep to.

no speech impediment... I think the injections in her lips just make it hard for her to annunciate words. Her story reminds me of Katy Perry who released her first album on a Christian label under her real name and then reinvented herself as a sex doll with an oh so controvercial lesbian kissing song written by her label. Except Lana is pandering to the pretentious indie crowd who are less likely to forgive the manufactured persona. She needs to work on her interview skills though if she wants to convince us she's more than a blank slate.

Some of the people rating this poorly are just dudes with low self-esteem who couldn't imagine Lana Del Rey singing about being in love with them.
