cadaveric: awesome shit mang, i'm glad channing reviewed this or I never woulda got to hear it because i passed it by on some blog. Hopefully it works out with a record label because a band like urs deserves it. This is perfect but a cleaner production would have done alot more but I do like the rawness of it because of how well you pull it off.

i'm surprised you would call this "heavy"

well the alternative would be to just flat out call them 'metallic hardcore' which would make them sound kinda lame so i went with just a particularly heavy hardcore band

You guys are amazing. The guy we recorded with is from a band named Hail!Hornet. His band is signed to Relapse Records. Crazy shit. I love his production but i could understand perceiving it as "raw."

Also if you guys are interested in checking out more bands with that weird/metallic hardcore vibe, check out our friends in:

von Wolfe: great rock n' roll style, awesome instrumentation all around. If you like ETID check this out.

Fero Lux: mathy with much more of a skramz influence than Cawtships.

Bone Dance: heaviest band out now. Their 3-way split with Divider and Plebian Grandstand destroys anything you heard last year.

Reviver: Did a Botch cover set for halloween. enough said.

These bands are from all over the U.S, touring D.I.Y, and making music that's way more interesting than your local brootal-core band. Check em out.

although I have to say this review told me nothing

it tells you that if you like botch or coalesce or trap them etc then you will like this album. it tells you that it's heavy no-frills hardcore

WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DETAIL EACH INDIVIDUAL SONG FOR YOU NEXT TIME
