The benefits of being from the land down under. Australia's metal scene is getting bigger and bigger every year. Northlane are one of the standouts. Maybe the next band behind of course Parkway and Amity to crack America and Europe.

Ya as far as Aussie metal goes I would say u are correct. But I believe the red chord may be more popular than northlane

You mean The Red Shore since The Red Chord is an American band. Side Note: The Red Chord rapes

Meek Is Murder is also very very good (solo project of The Red Chord's guitarist)

Meek is Murder is fucking sweet. Wish they would release longer stuff though.

Also, new song dropped. What did you all think?

The Australian metal scene does rule, but these guys aren't what makes it rule. Neither is Parkway or Amity.

Listen to some good Australian metal, cunts.

I didn't have massive hopes for the new album because I didn't really like Worldeater but the new song is really impressive.

I thought the clean section in the beginning was kind of awkward and out of place but other than that good song.

I preferred that part actually. The rest felt like it was just thrown together.

I like when he uses his cleans. Exposure and Abrasumente are great examples of how to sparingly use cleans in music like this. I just thought that part flowed kind of awkwardly idk.

i agree, the clean VOX was awkward and tbh i expected a little bit more out of the song given the anticipation

I like the clean vocals, albeit it will take some getting used to.

This won't be Discoveries 2.0, everyone needs to accept that. Just by Quantum alone you can tell they
are trying to mature with their song structure and lyrical content, even if the song was boring to
some.

The cleans aren't bad they're just used in an odd way, like he was half singing half talking, which I don't like much. That being said I loved the rest of the song even if the breakdown was weak.

Northlane's breakdowns aren't why I like them lol.
