annnnnnd here we go:
"Now I’ve heard this album when it first started streaming back in October this year and"
subject/verb agreement issue... either that or it's just strange sounding.
"The first track of the album, entitled “Brandenburg Gate” opens up with a fairly decent acoustic guitar lick, which actually gave me some hopes for this album almost immediately"
commas are your friend

don't start sentences with and. also, comma after out and generally before quotes.
add a space between the second and third paragaphs
dude, you're missing so many commas. using them can give your sentence a quick change of flow to keep things from droning.
"As though that didn’t make any sense, Lou Reed (being a man about to enter his seventies) sings about the character Lulu in the first person point of view rather than the third. That last fact alone gives ample reason to ridicule the album without even listening to it and you wouldn’t even be blamed for it."
ok, i get that this album is terrible, but how is this remotely valid? i feel like if johnny cash (rose from the dead and) released an album in first person we would all fap over it. this logic is just bad.
