Surprisingly decent, relistens have forced me to bump this from a 2 to a 3. While the singing and lyrical content is still mediocre or worse, the guitarwork is surprisingly creative and inspired. The drumming is decent, but overall this is less thrashy and aggressive than their last two. 13 is still better than most of their post-Youthanasia releases until UA though, which is saying something.

"Sudden Death" and "Public Enemy No. 1" are masterful metal pieces. The rest is alright.

Album is pretty good yah! That intro track is honestly one of my favorite Megadeth songs.
