In all seriousness though, U.F.O. will probably end up as one of my favorite songs this year.

Oh sh--! Reviews are droppin' for this now? Awesome. Great review Robin. I really, really loved this on my first few listens but I've been purposely leaving it alone until I could review it on here so it seems a bit more fresh during my review listen. This is awesome though, at the very least a 3.5 I think. Might even be better than Viva la Vida. Probably not as good as AROBTTH though.

Mylo Xyloto will be a concept album. According to Chris Martin, the album is "based on a love story with a happy ending", in which two protagonists: Mylo and Xyloto, who are living in an oppressive, dystopian urban environment, meet one another through a gang called "The Lost Boys", and fall in love. Lyrically, the album is inspired by "old school American graffiti" and "the White Rose Movement." Martin also said that the album was influenced by HBO TV series The Wire."

Pretty much everything Martin said about this album is utter nonsense...
I mean, seriously, the wire?
