I'm sure the songs can be put into more catagories than 'filler' and 'timeless classic'... But otherwise, a good review.

Unless my copy of the album is defective, I'm pretty sure that track eight, "Bob Dylan's Dream," is not a humorous political commentary.
I probably wouldn't call anything on this album filler, though I would suggest that "Oxford Town" and "Honey, Just Allow Me One More Chance" are the weakest songs here. The former because it sounds dated, and the latter because it sounds like a leftover from his debut.
Also, "Corrina Corrina" is extremely lovely and deserves a four. "Masters of War" is one of the more powerful songs ever written, regardless of any moral sketchiness, and gets a five in my book.

I can't wait to get this one, I have 2 Dylan records, Blonde on Blonde and Desire.
I deffienetly enjoy the folky Dylan better and I've heard 3 songs off this CD and I love them all.

There's something magically fantastic about "Don't Think Twice It's Alright". The lyrics aren't that significant and I really can't put my finger on what's great about it, but I think it's one of his best songs ever.
Masters of War gets full marks from me as well. Fantastic song.

Out of all those great songs, I believe Oxford Town is the best, followed by Girl From the North Country. Those are two of Dylan's top 10 songs ever, IMO.

I don't think much of Oxford Town to be honest. Masters of War and Don't Think Twice are my favourite songs from this album.

Bob Dylan's earlier material and his more acoustic folk centered work > electric. I still need to get this; all the songs I've heard are amazing.
Also, one of my favorite album covers ever.

Ditto. Might actually be my favorite cover.
The well-known songs from this album are all mind-blowing, but there are a few not-so-great songs on it. It's still worth your money, though

Don't Think Twice is a stunningly beautiful song. It's one of the few songs I would call perfect.

Oxford Town = Best track of the album
That's not true at all...that's crazy talk! But Corrina, Corrina deserves a 4 at least.

I love this album passionately.
I don't think Oxford Town is anything special though, it's just seems like an average Dylan track
and Folk Dylan>Rock Dylan, because of the social impact, political lyrical undertows, and overall melodic bliss of just Dylan and his guitar. The Electric is still amazing, it just often seems more rambling, and less melodic

I like Boots of Spanish Leather better than Girl from the North Country myself. Both are great.

You undermined a lot of the best songs on the album. No track on this album is even close to filler.
