If the point is to make rock that doesn't take itself seriously it's done better by ACDC. If Queen
were in it for a laugh why do they strut around without a jot of irony unlike Maiden?
I judge a great Rock band on the Kick Out The Jams Test, if Freddie walked on stage shouted out them
immortal words he would look a tit. The band would kick into some dross about riding a bike, May
would preen about thinking he was Jimi Hendrix. I would laugh.
