great review, but when you mention them slowing down with songs such as 'Forever Decay' - did you mean the song Chicago? Forever Decay is pretty fast.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT! Thank you! Lol. I DID mean Chicago. Can't believe I didn't catch that. Thanks bro. That's what happens when you're listening through itunes and don't look closely at the track names.

happens to me as well when I listen the first few times, I prefer listening to the album as a whole so I can't be bothered keeping track of names.

It's always hard to keep track of the names the first couple of times. Especially because I Don't care for the song names at first; just listening to the music, lol.

The older I get the more and more I dislike his voice. Honestly these days I don't even listen to anything past With Roots.

yeah this was a disappointment for me even when it came out. I remember my dad and I expected Adam D. to take TDWP to the next level like he did with Underoath but then it turned out to just be alright...

still a few hard jams on here. I think Plagues is probably my fav though

avg is too low for it compared to their other albums, but I imagine when it came out sputnik didn't like fun or the whole myspace core scene hype

Yeah, precisely

I still come back to their first two albums from time to time

They are also the only ones I own on CD

Are they dumb? Yes. But they are also super fun

I've never really liked Dear Love but Plagues rules. Just something about this one drew me in quite hard, tho I did lie I think Roots is the best lol :]

Yeah they are a blast

I feel like when they tried to transition to a more "mature sound" they lost some of the energy and fun that made them unique. Overall I think 8:18 pulled off the sound better than Dead Throne as well.

Honestly never bothered to check much else past the Space EP

i jam this one the most. roots is a bit more consistent than this since this one has a little too many songs but i think this has slightly higher highs. probably the hardest they go on any of their full lengths

zombie ep > all tho

Roots is just alright to me but it's got some highlights. assistant to the regional manager is def one of my favorite songs by them

hard to argue with zombie ep
