Bless the Martyr isn't really amazing and neither is this. They both have many flaws and try wayyyy too hard. Where as the new albums are where they found themselves.

The odd time signature thing they did is done pretty poorly. Their attempt at the long song 16min song on the album (forget the name) was so overdone. It really did not need to be that long. I understand what they tried to do on BTM but it came off as forced and completely pointless at times.

They also mess around with one idea a lot throughout the album on different songs. Meaning simply, songs like Face:Face and such don't really change much except for a breakdown but the idea grows thin.
