It's easy to rate this entire collection as a whole quite highly (mostly - but not entirely - because of its ambition, details and dedication) but when looking at the EPs in their own right, it's not nearly as glamorous of an affair. I mean, I think if were to rate all the EPs individually, then take a median rating of those ratings and compare that to what I'll inevitably rate this entire collection, they'll differ.

It depends on how you look at it. Picking out an album's worth of tracks from it (25% or so), I can easily see it as as 4.5, picking out 50% I can see it being worth roughly 4.25-4.5.

It's kind of hard to penalize it as a singular piece of work because it just happens to also come with the B sides.

he reminds me of an american version of the guy from frightened rabbit. his stuff is pretty good, but nowhere near the massive hype he's getting here. 4.7? really? i mean sure it's like 60 votes, but why all the 5s? geez

I think everyone should give this a try, it probably isn't as good as a 4.7 average, but it should definitely be in the 4's no doubt

never listened to these guys but this sounded cool...dl'ed it and listened to the first 8 or so tracks and this thing is pretty damn good. i don't get the complaints about his voice...i didn't really get a whiny vibe at all.
