I like this album a lot, but something that's always annoyed me about it and the records it influenced so much is the whole "Hey, let's have the riffs consist of going constantly between two octaves and playing around them!" mentality. I hope that makes sense. Like, listen to this album then listen to something like As I Lay Dying or Scream Aim Fire-era BFMV
