I just realized that sentence makes it sound like Neurosis, Beastie Boys, Cave In, and Bon Iver are

collaborating on an album. That would be fucking incredible.

will fix that.

nice easy read.

Then I am happy, because that is what I go for with my reviews. I aim to write an easy to read, quick overview of the album.

yeah so I'm listening to this right now for the 4th time and it's hitting me hard all of a sudden. I

was thinking 4 maybe 4.5 before but now it's a definite 4.5

this album is more than just 'charming' too, it's quite deep and personal. i'm getting all choked up

listening to 8:08 right now.

I thought this would be great because her EP is so good (A Record was a letdown though), but it's really exceeded expectations. gonna dominate my plays so hard

nothing as good as "Holy Ghost!" here but "Master of Art" and "The Healthy One" come close. I miss her being quiet though.

Holy Ghost! rules hard, but this is more diverse and has more replay value. I have listened to this at least 15 times since last week.

Guys be constructive in your criticism.

Here's how you can be better:

Change your tone. It's too advertise-y. Be more confident. Convince the reader by consistently offering examples when you make a point. Go into detail further. Beef up your paragraphs. Your writing feels very empty because it lacks substance. You just need to offer more examples and increase the complexity of your analysis (it doesn't need to become complex, it just needs to be more complex than it already is). I feel like you have a lot of potential as a writer.

Edited.
