They have completely different styles of singing. Of course Dan's going to be able to sing the parts he wrote a whole lot better. Just the same way Elliot will sing the parts he writes much better than Dan ever could.

I gave it a cursory listen when it first came out, but not a full one. I was kind of turned off by the whole shortening of the track, since it was my favourite Tessy song. I'll listen now!

Elliot sounds fantastic live, but he looks kind of disconnected on stage. Really fucking awkward during the parts with no vocals.

These guys were good with BTBAM and Animals As Leaders. Hadn't listened to the album until after i saw them live, but i was not disappointed in the slightest. Not really sure how Elliot is going to fit into the band. His work in Sky Eats Airplane was anything but good and TesseracT's former vocalist was fantastic.

I agree, this dude sounds fucking terrible. Even more so than Spencer I'd say. Too bad, I had high hopes for Tesseract, now I'll have to pass up on their next album as I did with Periphery. What a shame.
