18v was good on Vanity but they basically survived on image. that's what i was implying. also listen to their self titled album and try to defend them. you cant.
self titled was a hit and miss but not bad for a rock album. obsession is actually my favorite but enough about unrelated topics and back to defeater : )

i cant take that part when the music drops out and he says cause there ain't nothing like your smile, your legs or those eyes...it's not the worst thing but it leaves me a little douche chilly...i can easily forgive it because the song is otherwise excellent

Review is pretty much spot on, except I don't like the acoustic songs, and the compelling story gets lost in the awful lyrics, which are just generic, cliche, and not creative.
