is there some kind of hate for An Imaginary Country? I got like a soft spot for it over all his work.

Uranium your hatred is stupid

Vonnegut said it well:

"Any reviewer who expresses rage and loathing for a novel (album) is preposterous. He or she is like a person who has put on full armor and attacked a hot fudge sundae."

Album is really good. Feels a lot less forced than some of his other releases.

I second the Vonnegut quote and have to state, this is soooooo good. Not an everyday listen, but it has it's time and place and when it's time, it's just superb.

Honestly it took me one listen to get into this. But at the same time i've listened to this kind of ambient music for sometime. I suppose for a newb it be weird.

I've listened to Harmony in Ultraviolet which is interesting too.His albums are kinda "heavy-ambient",there are many things going on and are generally far from that serene atmosphere of classic ambient works
