Achilles Last Stand rocks, and so does most of the rest of this compilation. Solid review.

Definitely deserves better than a 2 but the review wasnt bad

Early Days might have been missing a few songs but none of the songs were really bad Either way, its still an amazing cd

How is the version of "We're Gonna Groove" on Coda horrible if you like the Royal Albert Hall performance? It's the same performance, just with some guitar overdubs for the album.

dude, you can't put down stairway to heaven. you probably don't like it that much just because you are a huge zeppelin fan and you've heard it 1,000,000 more times than you should have. I will say it's probably the greatest song ever, and if this didn't contain it, it would be pointless.

Yeah Zeppelin doesn't need a compilation...all of their studio albums are worth getting (I through PG especially) i guess Presence and ITtOD can wait awhile but still i said avoid this album unless yoyu're that poor to only afford this single compilation from Zep then fien otherwise yeah avoid it, good review

Heart Breaker really needs to be on here. And the "How the west was won" Stairway. Totally Kickass.

Led zeppelin II has Moby Dick and Ramble On. A 1 is a bad rating, so you might wan to fix that.

sampz123 were the same. This is the only album by them that I have, and I love it too. The reason why it's he only one is because they only sell this Led Zepppelin album here, record stores here are crap

This compilation rocks, I bought it for 15 bucks. I've been trying to expand my musical taste(i usually just listen to acdc hehe) so I saw this at walmart and it had 2 cds for the price of one, how could I go wrong? So I picked it up and it rocks, I really like babe I'm gonna leave you and dazed and confused.

Mummonerofmetal says this is "The best Led album"??? This sin't even an album... it's a radio station soundtrack! An album is about the whole, the flow of songs, a snapshot of where a band is at a given point in time. This isn't an album. And it CERTAINLY doesn't compare to Zeppelin's REAL albums. There's no thread, nothing constant.

I agree, Led Zeppelin made it a point to release full complete albums without leaking singles to the radio stations. Shoot, IV didnt even have the bands name anywhere on the cd or album cover. Led Zeppelin chose to stand behind their music, not there image.

This was the first zeppelin album I bought, since then I've gotten them all. I suggest just buying the albums, you really miss out on alot of great songs if you just buy this.

This is a great album for casual Zep fans like me who don't want to buy several albums. You're right, there are plenty of good songs not on this album, but they can't put every good song on this and keep it remotely cheap.

I don't think this compilation can be beat for the price ($10 at Walmart) and for the track list.

Didn't care for the review, to be quite honest. It's a great hits album and while leaving some of their greatest stuff that didn't consist of hits and fan favorites, this album still brought the great songs to the table. I agree, "The Battle of Evermore" is a terrible song, but "When The Levy Breaks" is easily one of their best and most underrated tunes, in my opinion.
