Yeah the quality looked promising until they actually played the songs and the sound went in and out.

EP is good music
i also think most of the criticism of this is funny considering 5 years ago everybody was saying "i wish they would just release one song or something to tide us over"
they finally release 5 songs and everybody bitches that it isn't a full length
also, what nobody has seemed to realize, is that each vinyl is limited edition, then GJ would go on to sell each mp3, and now that all of the mp3's are out, they put it all up as "one collection" on major retailers.
there is nothing anywhere that says you have to buy this all as one package, if you already bought the other 4 songs, then drop a buck on lennon and bam, you have the EP

hey i was at that show Strizz. good shit
also, how is this a pointless release? isn't it possible that Glassjaw just wanted to release all of the new singles in 1 package? they never claimed it would be all new material but with this release someone who missed all of the singles when they were released can still have a physical copy of all of the songs for those who like having physical copies.
idk, i'm just planting seeds.
and that cash grab argument is fucking stupid

GJN member renholder recorded an awesome bootleg of the show, way better quality than the videos. If that doesn't get
you excited for new material, nothing will.

It's not a bad recording at all. It's the venue sound which kinda sucked tbh. This guy always captures quality bootlegs

Yeah, I said that after the first song. On a full listening it's pretty good, and I'm absolutely loving the new songs.

I love how Miracles And Inches flows right into A Song To Break Up To almost like a medley, it simply destroys. The band absolutely owned on every level possible last night, definitely one of the best shows I've seen in years.

Vanilla Poltergeist Snake might be the most insane rhythms ever in a Glassjaw song pretty much. A guy on GJN called it "We Think We're (Mars Fucking Volta)" and that's a pretty apt description.
A Song To Break Up To might be the most epic/beautiful GJ song yet. Can't wait to hear these recorded

john fucking lennon

I've been purposely not buying any of the individual songs because I knew they would probably consolidate them, rather than put them on the full-length. Gonna go get it today
