No, because Rush is Canadian. Those 5 bands were British. Plus, all 5 of them were major pioneers in the prog-rock subgenre. Rush was more of a consolidator imo.

Genesis, Rush and Camel are the most metal sounding of the big prog groups in the 70's so they're probably my three favourites
Floyd would be number 4 but they kinda transcend
