Well I got the Final Chapter yesterday and it made me like this less lol. But Compulsive Psychosis is one of my favorites now, after being one of my least favorites.

I think it's because of the 3 slower tracks in the middle, the slower tracks on The Final Chapter are better imo.

My favorite is still Craving for Another Killing, but Living to Die is close.

after listening to hypocrisy's catalog in its entirety multiple times, I can conclude without a shadow of a doubt that they are in my top 10 favorite bands and that this album, virus, is my favorite.

warpath, scrutinized, let the knife do the talking, a thousand lies, blooddrenched, and living to die are all fantastic songs.

and yes, I prefer their brutal stuff far more than their atmospheric stuff.

Not enough people listen to Hypocrisy. And most of the people that try to get into them end up picking up Catch 22 and get turned off by it lol

This is my favourite Hypocrisy album along with Abducted. Blooddrenched's lyrics are really quite epic

Living To Die is amazing. Makes me wish that the apocalypse hit sooner.

Fadetoblack. Listen to the Souldrainer album Reborn. very apocalyptic and Hypocrisy influenced. But superb. This Message Edited On 05.03.09

I'd say Roswell 47, Buried, Abducted, When The Candle Fades, and Slippin' Away are the best songs off it.

Tell me how you like it

Just listened to all of those, great stuff. I should punish myself for waiting so long to get more Hypocrisy cause I'm a big Tagtgren fanboy

Good good. Now you rate it 5, k? We need to boost the rating lol

I'm always confused by the people who say that Abducted was their first melodeath album, because imo it's more br00tal than The Fourth Dimension. Abducted (song) is on of the heaviest songs they've done (not including first two albums, which I sadly don't have yet). This Message Edited On 05.04.09

haha don't know about a 5 but it's going to be a 4 at least.

and I don't really know about the melodeath tag. i'm guessing it has a lot to do with the vocals cause the vocals on the forth dimension are a lot heavierThis Message Edited On 05.04.09
