looks to rule
This album will always own my face.
Digging: United Nations - The Next Four Years
Ya this still stands as their best album.
Digging: Nightmares - Suspiria
The lyrics on this album are hilarious/wonderful.
This album's a masterpiece. Can't wait for Desperate Living.
Their best. Manateen, birdo and octopus on fire are classics. 5/5
Manateen is such an epic song.
HORSE the band rules so fucking hard it hurts sometimes. If I could rate bands, believe me, I would give HORSE a 6. They make me feel like I should rate all their albums 5's, not because they're classic albums but because they're a fucking classic BAND.
Digging: Towers - Bel Air Highrise Plantation
I FINALLY REMEMBERED MY FUCKING NAME!
I really like this album, but some of the songs on it just grind on me too much. I love the ending to The Black Hole, with the Muppets and all, but the rest of the song is meh... I love Birdo, Manateen, and Octopus on Fire, but songs like Soaring Quails/Taken by Vultures are why I can't justify giving this a 4.
Soaring/Vultures rules wtf? I still agree though, HORSE the band pre-Desparate Living just never knew when it was time to be serious, but when they were it was awesome.
I don't think they had a serious song before Desperate Living. That album is easily my favorite; I like their other albums, but usually only a couple of songs from each
Digging: Fallujah - The Flesh Prevails
Amazing album, every song is at least 4 out of 5 stars.
the video for a million exploding suns destroys any video ever made FACT
@puma35 they had some pretty serious songs on A Natural Death. though there were a few goofy songs in there as well. Album could've done without Kangarooster Meadows haha
has to be horse's best record. r borlax is really close though. what am i saying they're all perfect
I'M NOT A MANATEE
Digging: Empire! Empire! (I Was a Lonely Estate) - You Will Eventually Be Forgotten
I was listening to Octopus on Fire earlier, and realized that's the first time I've heard a guitar solo in an HtB song. Are there any others I'm missing?
Digging: Love - Forever Changes
