I love the end of The Black Hole when the two critics are talking, (is that from like muppets or something?), it's a great way to end a CD. This CD is really solid though.
Digging: Joyce Manor - Never Hungover Again
nintendo-core lol pure genous
Nintendo Spazzcore to be precise. 'Birdo' features some intense guitars and they keyboardist looks like Napoleon Dynamite. Brilliant this band is, yes?
I. Love. This. Band. Rusty Glove, Birdo, A Million Exploding Suns, House Of Boo, Taken By Vultures (f*cking HILARIOUS!)... the whole thing makes me cum.
Bueno band. They make music fun and i like that
oh yea horse the band and fall of troy will be a good show

both cds are awesome i love this band!
i liked them to begin with, but then i got bored of the whole wierd nintendo keyboard thing and realised without keyboards this band wouldnt be very impressive
all i have to say...i orgasm when i listen to horse the band...i'm so damn proud :-)
This band were really poor live, the cd is fairly good though.
I heard one song from these guys and I was intigued, I'll have to check this out.
I prefer R. Borlax.
I listen to "Birdo" before I play rugby.
"pretty much geeks who grabbed a guitar one day and started playing"
They no doubt love video games and video game movies "The Wizard"-"I love the power glove...." but 4 of them were in street gangs supposedly. Just to fill you guys in.
I sort of like this music, but i don't really respect them at all for this. Its occasionally a good listen, 3.5 at best
I don't get how everyone and their mom goes apeshit for R. Borlax when the songs AND the band are a million times tighter on this record. The guitar-playing on Borlax is sloppier than Madonna's cooch (not to mention nowhere as good as the riffage on the 2nd record), their old drummer simply sucked, Nathan's vox sucked even more, and with the exception of classic songs like "Cutsman" and "Bunnies", the melodies are more varied and take a more prominent role in the songs on Mechanical Hand. It may not be as schizophrenic as their first record but overall it's better IMO.This Message Edited On 06.08.06
I'm pretty sure that gang thing is made up
These fellows are fantastic. I listened to them a little before, but then I saw them on warped tour, possibly the best and funnie-est show in the world. And boy, do they ever like their pizza. And who ever got them pizza at warped tour, you are their pizza bitch. This Message Edited On 09.01.06
I have their new EP, I bought it today.
2. Crippled by Pizza
4. Pizza NIF
5. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
It's a pretty good EP, I may review it. It's definitely hilarious.
